PROFILE 1
Designation: Financial Planning Associate
Company : Future Generali
Qualification: Any Degree (15 years of education is a must);{MBA much preferred}
Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in sales industry.
Job Profile : Generating business of Life & Non-Life(health & General) Insurance, by visiting shopping malls of Future Group like Big Bazaar, Central, Pantaloons Etc., and generate leads for the company. Can also go for direct marketing, give various promotional activities in the shopping mall, and try to attract the potential customers.
Salary : Starts from Rs.1,50,000 to 2,50,000/- based on the experience & CTC; Apart from this, you will also have an advantage of getting performance incentives, bonus, traveling & mobile allowances.
Location : Bangalore, Mysore, Belgaum, Hubli, Mangalore
PROFILE 2:
Designation: Sales / Assistant Sales Manager
Company : Future Generali
Qualification: Any Degree (15 years of education is a must);{MBA much preferred}
Experience : Minimum two years of experience in sales industry
Job Profile : To recruit Financial advisors, who will be working under you for part time & on commission basis. Motivate them to generate the business of insurance. {Life & Non-Life(health & General) Insurance}
Salary : Starts from Rs.2,00,000 to Rs.3,50,000/- based on your experience & present company's CTC. Apart from this, you will also have an advantage of getting performance incentives, bonus, traveling & mobile allowances.
