TRAINING COORDINATOR - LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT Opening in KARVY, HYDERABAD LOCATION.
Profile:
• Exposure of working in corporate training.
• Additional experience in HR background would be preferred.
• MBA, total experience of 3 – 4 years in a large Corporate.
• 25 – 30 years age

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for coordinating whole gamut of training events like
1. Induction Programs to New Entrants
2. Technical training
3. Soft skills training
4. Leadership trainings
5. Cross functional trainings
6. Process/product trainings
• Preparation of Annual and quarterly Training plans.
• Preparation and circulation of Monthly Training Calendar.
• Responsible for identifying training needs through various methods and implementing the organization’s annual training and development plan.
• Evaluating and Identifying vendors
• Tracking and analyzing effectiveness of programs delivered and incorporating a mechanism that would measure performance on the job after training.
• Maintaining centralized training records, training related MIS.
• Quantitative analysis of training effectiveness to implement learning in operational environment and asses the ROI on training efforts.
• Ability to manage all operational issues related to conducting training
• Manage development of training material including printing, maintain records, material and templates for all programs conducted
• Should run learning and development function as per ISO standards.
• Should be able to perform well under minimum guidance.
