AVP - Business Development will be responsible for developing and Executing Strategy for Branch & Channel Development in Assigned Region.
To Develop Sub-Broker and Business Associate Network.
To Build & Manage a Team of BDM & Relationship Manger
To Achieve Sales, Revenue & Profitability Targets.
Must Have Qualities in Applicant -
5+ Years Experience & through understanding of Broking Industry & Compliance.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal & Negotiation Skill
