Job Responsibilities
- Building up a team of Advisors (training is given by KLI)
- Daily monitoring & following process for driving sales through the advisors.
- Doing Performance Review of the Advisors
- Delivering consistent sales output utilizing management & monitoring capabilities.
Interview Process
- First Round of Interview with HR Department
- After First Round of short listing the candidate will have to meet the Branch Manger/Area Manager and in some cases the Regional Head would also be involved.
Communication and other Skills
- Should have very good command over English plus one more language (Preferably local).
- Should be a Go Getter and Self Motivated.
- Should have Excellent Convincing and Selling Skills
- Excellent Communications and Presentation Skills
- Excellent contacts / networking
